The Addendum to the Master Contract was ratified by Okaloosa’s education staff professionals 634 – 7. Pay increases will be included in August paychecks.

Voting on the 2019-20 Addendum to the Master Contract will take place at work sites on Tuesday, August 13. Links to the agreement and salary schedules are below:

The 2017-2020 Master Contract between the Okaloosa Education Staff Professionals (OESP) and the School Board of Okaloosa County was ratified by the bargaining unit 783 – 19.   The school board voted to approve the agreement at their April 9, 2018 meeting.

The approved salary increases will be reflected in April paychecks.     Retroactive pay will be provided in a separate paper check.    The retro pay will NOT be direct-deposited to the accounts of those who participate in direct deposit.

All education staff professionals will be asked to vote to approve the 2017-2020 Master Contract between the school board and OESP on April 4, 2018 at each worksite.   The ratification document below contains the major changes along with the entire proposed Master Contract that also includes grammatical changes.    The proposed salary schedules may also be viewed below.
